The Opportunity
This is not a traditional salaried sales role. We are looking for a driven B2B sales professional to join as a Founding Sales Partner — someone who believes in the product, wants real ownership, and is motivated by uncapped upside.
You will be our first dedicated sales person. That means you shape how ResReader goes to market, builds its pipeline, and wins its first major accounts.
What You Will Do
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Identify and target HR Directors, Talent Acquisition leaders, and People Ops teams
- Run product demos and build relationships with key decision makers
- Develop outreach sequences, pitch materials, and sales playbooks from the ground up
- Feed market and customer insights directly to the founding team
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record selling B2B SaaS products
- Experience selling into HR, recruiting, or People Ops buyers (strong plus)
- Comfortable operating in an early-stage, high-autonomy environment
- Self-starter who builds the playbook rather than following one
- Someone who sees equity as a meaningful part of their compensation
Compensation
- Commission: Uncapped, competitive structure
- Equity: Available for the right candidate
- Base: Negotiable depending on experience and level of commitment
