About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned recruiter who wants to go beyond traditional recruiting and play a meaningful role in shaping how modern hiring works. This role sits at the intersection of recruiting, product strategy, and business growth. You will actively recruit talent, help attract new customers, and influence the evolution of an AI-driven recruiting platform used in real hiring workflows. This is a high-trust, high-impact role ideal for someone who:

What You’ll Do

Help Shape the Product (ResReader)
- Actively use ResReader in real recruiting scenarios
- Provide practical, recruiter-driven feedback on:
- Resume analysis quality
- Candidate scoring and signals
- Workflow and UX improvements
- Contribute ideas that make the platform more useful, intuitive, and recruiter-friendly

Help Market and Position ResReader
- Advise on how recruiters evaluate hiring tools
- Help shape messaging, demos, and positioning for the recruiter market
- Share feedback on what resonates (and what doesn’t) with real recruiters
- Optionally participate in content ideas (use cases, testimonials, workflows)

Help Baytek Find New Recruiting Clients
- Introduce Baytek and ResReader to companies that are actively hiring
- Help identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs)
- Support early conversations with potential customers who need recruiting help
- Act as a trusted recruiting voice in client discussions

Recruit for Baytek’s Open Positions
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for Baytek’s internal and client roles
- Use ResReader as part of your recruiting workflow
- Help refine hiring criteria and candidate evaluation approaches
What We’re Looking For
- Proven recruiting experience (agency, in-house, or independent)
- Strong understanding of:
- Resume screening
- Candidate evaluation
- Hiring manager expectations
- Comfortable giving direct, honest product feedback
- Business-minded: understands client acquisition and relationships
- Curious about AI and modern recruiting tools
- Self-driven and comfortable working closely with a founder
