Hiring: Recruiter / Talent Partner (Product + Growth)

I’m looking for a seasoned recruiter who wants to go beyond filling roles and help shape how modern recruiting tools are built and used. This is not a traditional recruiting role. It’s a mix of recruiting, product feedback, and growth.

What you’ll do:

• Use ResReader, our AI-powered resume screening platform, in real recruiting workflows
• Share recruiter-driven insights that directly shape the product
• Help position and market ResReader to the recruiter community
• Support Baytek by:
• Helping bring in new recruiting clients
• Recruiting for our own open positions

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has real recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
• Evaluates candidate potential beyond keywords and surface-level signals
• Enjoys influencing products—not just using them
• Is comfortable working independently and closely with a founder
