Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on recruitment metrics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
Required Qualifications / Skills
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
