Position Summary Support development of Aerzen’s national sales by providing technical support for standard Aerzen products in the Canadian market. Be an internal resource and point of contact for Aerzen internally, for customers, and for representatives.
Key Responsibilities • Support the sales managers and representatives with review of specifications, equipment selection, pricing, and proposal preparation. • Present differentiating technologies, products, and support services to existing and new customers. • Be a resource and point of contact for customers by providing technical knowledge, expertise and documentation regarding Aerzen equipment and systems. • Support project and account managers with product knowledge to satisfy customer needs. • Interact professionally with Aerzen sales, project management, engineering, procurement, and customer support personnel regarding specific equipment, customers, and projects. • Understand and address the customer's technical specifications with internal equipment datasheets, understanding stakeholder concerns as well as equipment, application and project risks. • Provide the best possible “Customer Value + Aerzen Solution” that is safe, efficient, reliable, and profitable for the client as well as for Aerzen. • Build long-term customer relationships through management and interpretation of their needs. • Support the development of sales strategies for new products. • Provide technical selling support and product applications support. • Develop process improvement initiatives to better support the Canadian market and the Aerzen team. • Contribute to a positive climate by preventing, eliminating and reporting any form of psychological harassment or sexual violence. • Report any situation that could lead to a harmful, dangerous, or hostile environment to your immediate supervisor.
Qualifications Education and Experience: • Postsecondary education diploma Mechanical, electromechanical or electrical Technician or Bachelor's Engineering Degree Mechanical, electromechanical or electrical a plus. • Minimum 2-years experience with quotation and estimation of industrial equipment, preferably in the Municipal sector. • Specific experience with blower and compressor technologies or in Environmental sector is a plus. • Valid driver’s license class 5.
Language Proficiency: • Fluent in French and English preferred, both written and spoken. Technical Skills: • Prior experience with enterprise-wide software systems and customer relationship management software. • Proficiency navigating and using internet-based programs. • Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and document management systems (SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive). • High level of proficiency with Excel programming. • High level of proficiency with CAD software, AutoCAD. • Ability to read General Arrangement drawings, Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.

Work Environment Professional office environment with a supportive and collaborative team culture. Regular interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.
Health and Safety Responsibilities: • Maintain awareness of workplace safety procedures and promote safe practices during interactions at client sites. • Ensure the use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when visiting customer facilities or hazardous environments. • Report any observed health and safety risks at customer locations to your immediate supervisor. • Participate in mandatory safety training programs and adhere to the company's safety policies.
